COCCI is one of the most influential nonprofit organizations advocating for equity in the healthcare sector today. COCCI’s plethora of programs and events not only teach patients about IBD conditions and treatment options, they empower minority patients to speak up for themselves and advocate for proper diagnosis and care.
COCCI is one of the few organizations that has successfully created an open dialogue between minority patients, healthcare providers, and pharmaceutical companies in order to address inequities in patient care and lack of representation in medical research. Their events give IBD patients the chance to speak one-on-one with representatives from the medical field, share their experiences, and get involved in medical studies.
COCCI is the fastest growing nonprofits we have ever worked with. In just two years they’ve organized an 2 annual conferences, weekly support groups, an ambassador program, college tours, resource materials, and so much more!
