Our Digital Transformation process has been refined over years of planning, designing, developing, and maintaining cause-based organizations’ websites.
We start by researching your history and brand. We perform a full content and technical audit of your current web presence. Then we schedule interviews to get to know your organization, understand the status of your current web presence, and discover your priorities, brand rules, and dreams for the new site.
Now we discuss plans for the sitemap, with a focus on how the pages within the sitemap should address your goals. This will result in Content Documents that act as a roadmap for what each page needs to communicate, as well as any additional functionality for that page. Before the end of this phase, all content will be organized, all assets will be gathered, and all integrations will be planned.
A round of concept designs is followed by two major rounds of design revisions. Our cutting edge collaborative online feedback tools and regular post-delivery feedback calls will allow you unprecedented control of the design process. Every design we deliver originates directly from your inputs mixed with our designers’ creativity. By the end of this phase, you will have seen and approved every page on your website.
During the development phase, you are given access to the Work In Progress of your website on our Staging server. You will be able to click around and see your website take form as our developers perform their magic and bring the approved designs to life.
All your existing blog posts, news posts, resources, images and other archive content are migrated from your current website to the new system for indexing.
As soon as all page templates and website functions are developed, we perform a comprehensive Quality Assurance audit. Every part of your new website is tested and optimized to display beautifully on all devices, browsers, and screen sizes. You will have the ability to review your full website on our Staging server. Final steps and a launch plan are then discussed in a pre-launch call. Your new website is now ready for a worry-free launch!
You will quickly discover how easy and fun it is to take control of your new website as we walk you through the back-end Content Management System. We will show you how to manage every aspect of your new site. We’ll then create customized user accounts for your organization with different levels of permissions, streamlining how you delegate website work to the right team members. We will be with you every step of the way as you become familiar with your powerful new Communications tools.
You can rest easy knowing that for 12 months from the launch of your new website, you are completely covered by our SabraCare+ program at no extra cost. Your website will be hosted, optimized, secured, updated, backed up nightly, and supported with care by the team that built it.
