Creative Meeting & Content Gathering

Before putting paint to canvas we take the time to gather your inputs. We’re not going to just throw 20 good designs at you and hope one sticks. Every option we design originates directly from your inputs mixed with our designers’ creativity.

Track Progress

Stay informed and engaged throughout every stage of your project. Easily track milestones, view calendars, and stay connected using our online management tools and calls with our Creative Director.

Give Feedback

Feedback is not only welcome, it is an integral part of our process. When it comes to creative work, communication is vital. We use modern feedback tools and regular review calls to work with you to reach your aspirations.

Every project timeline includes 3 rounds of revision, to ensure the final product meets and exceeds your expectations.

FULFILLMENT

Print Specs & Requirement Gathering

Now that you have final designs and print-ready files in hand, we can help coordinate the print fulfillment process. We ask you all the right questions to understand your vision for the printed product, and gather the information our printers need to bring your vision to life.

Quotes

We will gather and give you direct quotes from our print partners for each of your projects. The local print shops we work with are experienced, flexible, and as committed to quality as we are. For this reason, you will never see markup from Sabra on their quoted prices for any job.

Quality Assurance

Our printers care about their work and always want you to be happy with the final product. Each job goes through very stringent internal reviews before making it to your door.

Delivery

Never run out, always be prepared. Have no fear: we deliver all printed materials directly to you, or your event, perfectly on time.

Deliverables

Design Package and Print-Ready Files

At the end of any project with Sabra, you own all the designs and project files. You will receive a full design package, complete with all project files, assets, fonts, and print-ready files.

Client Portal

Never worry again about losing print files and waiting on your designer to send them to you! We give you full access to all your final designs and print-ready files through our brand new, secure Client Portal. We are so excited about this!

Pricing

We have seen the frustration and inefficiency nonprofits face by connecting with creatives sporadically on a project by project basis, often reacting to last minute needs.

With Sabra Concierge, you’ll have a budget you can count on and a well thought out, comprehensive 3-, 6-, or 12-month plan that empowers you to plan ahead, think big and do more.

While the design, management and coordination of such projects is included with your Sabra Concierge Plan, print fulfillment is quoted and billed separately.

Timeline

4-16 Weeks

Print design & fulfillment projects can vary in length, depending on the specs of the project, and could fit well within any of our Sabra Concierge Plans.
